Are you insured?
Yes. Cohesive Construction Company is an insured contractor. While we are committed to safety, construction projects inherently involve risks. Insurance can cover the costs of accidents, injuries, or property damage, protecting you as our client.

Who will be my point of contact during the project?
You will work directly with Mitch, the owner and general contractor, throughout the entire project. From the first walk-through to the final punch list, Mitch will be your main point of contact - keeping you updated, answering your questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly. No middleman, no confusion - just clear, honest communication.

Do you offer free estimates or consultations?
Yes, we offer free estimates. Mitch will visit your site, discuss your project goals, and provide a detailed quote/proposal. It is important to us that you have the information you need to make the right decision for your project.

How do you handle unexpected issues or changes during a project?
We understand that things can come up during construction - whether it’s a hidden issue behind a wall or a change of heart on a design choice. When that happens, Mitch will communicate with you right away, explain your options, and provide updated pricing or timelines if needed. Nothing moves forward without your approval.

Can you help with design and permits?
Absolutely. We can help connect you with a designer or work directly with your plans. We also will handle the permitting process for you, so you don’t have to worry about dealing with the city or paperwork.
